Sukhman provided excellent service—the waitress was very helpful, and it was clear she was doing her best. The food was fantastic: the biryani had the perfect blend of spices, and the chicken tandoori with flatbread was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been visiting them since they launched their food truck at Craigieburn Station. Their tandoori dishes are incredibly flavorful, and the owner is a lovely person who believes that more spice does not mean more flavor and that Indian food is not about excessive spiciness, which I completely agree with. They’ve put a lot of effort into their menu, and it shows in the taste and quality of their food. Both the quantity and quality are superior to what I’ve had elsewhere. Plus, their food isn't very spicy and doesn’t feel oily, so you won’t feel bad afterward. If you’re looking for a break from the many kebab joints, I highly recommend them.
Achari chicken tikka was awesome, amazing, will order again. Briyani was ok. Hence 4 stars. 3 for briyani, 5 for achari chicken. Packaging was excellent again.
Tandoori joint is incredibly creative they’re serving healthy Indian food that feels light and satisfying. I felt great after the meal. Highly recommend checking out this new gem in the area!
The food is tasty and nice friendly staff, however it would be really great if water was provided to table when order is placed or after sitting, not 20 minutes later when already halfway eating meal and after asking server 2-3x requesting and reminding. Been here 6 times now and every single time is the same story. If it's too challenging for staff to provide water to table then setup a self-servicd water station. The staff even come to topup cutlery and napkins on tables but don't serve us water . This is just not right, when each order places amounts to $60-120+ spend. Also, please better cleam table, chairs and glass as they're pretty filthy every single visit: many missed spots and sticky seats & tables that haven't been cleaned or wiped properly. This seriously lets the vibe down and contributes to lack of desire to come back
I came to visit a friend in the area and I got recommended to check out the food trucks here. Their Tandoori Chicken was definitely worth traveling for!! And the mango lassi is a must-try! Will definitely be back to try more of their food

The spices were perfectly balanced – just enough to elevate the natural flavor of the salmon without overpowering it. That’s a fine art, and they’ve nailed it. And let’s not forget the tandoori chicken – juicy, flavorful, and paired with a fresh, vibrant salad that ties everything together beautifully. It’s a unique combo that works incredibly well.
